Sparkz! offers many different services to fit your promotional needs. We have on site screen-printing facilities that specialize in apparel and sport (rally, golf, beach, bath, promotional) towels. In addition, we offer direct to to garment, eco friendly digital printing, along with color image transfers. We have partners in the embroidery and paper printing production fields. What makes us unique is that we are able to produce small orders as well as large orders. Our custom graphic design department is available to help you create a design that will be unique to your project or event.

Digital Printing is an eco-friendly, 4 color process of printing directly from a computer file onto a garment. The resulting water-based designs are printed without screens or films and utilize less ink with no excess ink waste. Digital printing is a good option for complex designs with multiple colors or low quantity runs on any design.

Digital printing works best on cotton-rich fabrics and is not recommended for textured fabrics, fleece, or polyester technical fabrics. It is important to note that the design will not be as vibrant as screen printing, and is only available on white or light colored garments. Since the process dyes the garment when printed, excess ink will wash out/fade out when laundered.
